OCDE – Convention Anticohecho

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) it is an international organization that assists governments to address the challenges of economic, social, and governance of the global economy. The OECD it offers a platform for the governments of Member countries and Partners to compare experiences of public policies, seek answers to common problems, identify best practices and coordinate domestic and international policies.

“The Working group on bribery in international business transactions of the OECD,” monitoring of implementation of the recommendations made to our country by the “Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions and related instruments”.
Peru has made efforts to create awareness about the crime of “bribery transnational” and it is through this space that provides the CCL, and are able to contribute with providing information and outreach to the business sector of the activities carried out by the Secretary of Public Integrity of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, as the governing body of the National Policy of Integrity and the Fight against Corruption, and the recommendations generated by the “Convention Anticohecho of the OECD,”, international instrument that sets out measures to deter, prevent and penalize people and companies that promise, give or conceal bribes to foreign public officials involved in international commercial transactions.
