The Guilds are the governing bodies of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima, staffed by partners who share the same branch of activity, as determined by the Board of Directors. Each year, in the first half of April, elect their Boards of directors have regulations aligned to the purpose and status of the CCL.
The president of each guild —or his replacement hierarchical business— represented on the Board of Directors. Members can belong to multiple guilds if they participate in different activities.
The CCL has 16 guilds as maximum; new requests are channelled through Sectors (Sub-Committees) are linked to a guild related, which are represented in the Board of Trustees through the president or representative of the guild that welcomes them.
