As noted in paragraph 7.3 of article 7 of the Supreme Decree N° 003-2019-EF, it is reported that the Chamber of Commerce of Lima has made reasonable procedures to obtain the information from your final beneficiary, taking into account the criteria of ownership and control.

However, given the legal nature of our institution: association, a non-profit civil trade union, it has not been possible to identify the final beneficiary, since any natural person qualifying as such under the criteria specified.

Accordingly, it has been considered as final beneficiaries to natural persons who occupy the senior administrative capacity in the institution: Board of Directors and General Management.
