Requirements for the Securitisation of Electronic Invoices
- Tab RUC of the creditor.
- Copy of the identity card of the legal representative.
- Electronic invoice in PDF format and XML.
- Data form duly completed.
- Payment for processing fee: S/ 105 per invoice.
- The invoices should not have more than 3 years overdue.
Simple process and agile
- Record the invoice in Factrack of CAVALI
- Automated communication to the debtor (within 8 business days to respond)
- If no response is issued Proof of Registration and Ownership
- Emission of merit executive for the management of judicial collection (if applicable)
- Possible publication in the National Register of protest draft and Blackberries
