The Unique Certificate of Registration (CUR) or a Certificate of Non-Indebtedness is the official document issued by the National Registry of protest draft and Blackberries (RNPM) that allows you to prove your credit status and/or the third, both natural and legal persons, with regard to protest draft and blackberries securities.

Types of CUR What is the CUR?

Types of CUR

CUR Negative: Certifies that don't register annotations of securities defaults, protested or in arrears.

CUR of Regulations: Certifies that had documents protested and/or in default, but that these were regularized, demonstrating the compliance of your financial commitments.

CUR Annotations: Provides the detail of the documents that are currently logged protest draft and/or blackberries in the system.

30 calendar days. Legal basis: Article 85.2 of the Securities act N° 27287.

Requirements to apply for the CUR -

  • Submit the ID of the current applicant.
  • Payment for the rights of the service according to the tariff in force.
  • The issuance and delivery of the CUR is immediate.
  • It may be requested by a third party, by presenting only their national identity card (requires no power)
