Commercial document that gives the goods have been exported from our country, the exemption from payment of tariffs on the country of destination, by reason of the trade agreements that have a current our country. The Chamber of Commerce of Lima, is the main entity authorized by MINCETUR for the issuance of this document through the platform of the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE). The exported must apply for the certificate every time that you perform an export to a country with which we have a trade agreement.

1. What trade agreements do not issue certificate of origin by means of the VUCE?
The trade agreements that work under the system of self-certification, such as their name implies, are issued only by the same exporter; therefore, not required to be certified by a certifying entity. The trade agreements that work under this modality are:

2. What is the price for the processing of the certificate of origin issued through the VUCE?
The processing fee for the Certificate of Origin is S/ 47,44 including VAT. This value is set by the MINCETUR.
3. What payment methods are there?
You can make the payment of the certifications for cash or credit.

If it is in cash, you may be in cash, by deposit account, bank transfer or cheque. In the case of the deposit in the account or transfer it is important to have your proof of payment to the treasury area to perform the validation of courses. This must be done prior to the review and rating of the application for certificate of origin, in accordance with Article 8 of the Supreme Decree N° 006-2013

For the benefit of payment on credit, it is necessary to have a line of credit approved.
4. How can I access a line of credit in the processing of certifications?
You as an exporter associated with the CCL has the benefit of access to a line of credit, upon evaluation, presenting the Tab of Credit Application. In a few days you'll know the amount of the line assigned to it and immediately use it in all of the formalities on the Certification Center.
