LABOUR ISSUES

Formula timely proposals and recommendations to address the issue of work that companies face, seeking to ensure that the labour legislation of our country is promoting the development and the competitiveness of businesses, in particular small companies, which account for more than 98% of the productive units of Peru.
The CCL acts as an adviser to government agencies and non-governmental organizations, supporting them with projects that promote successful management of labour for both businesses and workers.

THE MARITIME, PORT AND CUSTOMS

Actively participates in the different tables, working for public and private sector, identifying the bureaucratic hurdles in the offices of export of SUNAT/CUSTOMS, as well as the costs and cost overruns, port, airport, among others, in order to take actions that allow us to be more competitive; posicionándola as a reference of opinion within the Executive and Legislative branches, among other authorities and institutions related to the sector.
Seeks to sensitize the authorities and port community on the importance and necessity of having an adequate infrastructure and routes of access to the main ports and airports of the country. Promoted to the CCL as a channeler of business opportunities between the companies and the port community, and informs of the need for contingency plans to deal with natural disasters and prevent the environmental pollution in the processes of freight transportation.

CONTRACTS OF THE STATE

Analyzes and proposes improvements in the system of public procurement, it also issued opinions about different initiatives that influence the regulation of the sector. Their proposals aim to achieve balance between suppliers and buyers in the legislation, by promoting transparency and greater participation of the bidders.

COMPETITION COMMISSION

COMPETITIVENESS COMMISSION

The Commission addresses from a glance business the challenges of competitiveness, suggesting improvements in the pillars most critical, especially those where there is urgent need to act in the short and medium term, considering the current situation.
The Commission acts as a mediator and interlocutor between the public sector, the private sector, academia, and other organizations interested in the promotion of the competitiveness and public policies related to these objectives.

DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS

It motivates spaces of awareness to the women entrepreneurs of micro, small, medium and big companies about the importance of ethics, leadership, and training in their personal and business development, acquainting them with the new challenges for women in the business world; as well as being a leader of opinion to the authorities of the public and private sector working together with them.
It also seeks to establish strategic partnerships with institutions and public-private partnerships national and international leaders from the sector, consolidating the position and leadership of the commission and of the guild, conducting business meetings, forums, events and workshops for women entrepreneurs, with the goal of raising awareness of the importance of the family as an engine of development in the organization and the business.

BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY

Working group composed of experts, professionals and entrepreneurs related to sustainability. The Commission has as purpose to promote business strategies, with the aim of encouraging the adoption of practices aimed at sustainable development, incorporating criteria of environmental, social and corporate governance, thus generating a positive impact in the society.

TAX

Plays an important role in the planning, dissemination and defense of the rights of partners and taxpayers in general, presenting concrete proposals to the Congress, the Central Government and SUNAT, aimed to improve the tax system to promote the business development and highlight potential opportunities for improvement in this system.
Carries out regular monthly sessions and special sessions oriented to the study, analysis and dissemination of the tax measures proposed and approved, proposing guidelines for the fund to support the possibility of making legal changes tax.
